1 Conversation
Get into this new conversation with your students. It's empowering and future-focused. They are ready and with your guidance and encouragement there's no telling where it will take them!
2 Reflection
Students need time to reflect and get curious, to start to get to know who they are. Help them to form a strong identity and develop a vision for their future and discover who they want to become.
3 Exploration
Steps 1 & 2 need action. Take what comes up and get them out there experiencing the world. That's where they'll get the feedback they need to bring everything together and ShineOn in life!
